At our Dallas campus, we equip individuals with the skills needed for evidence-based practices in diverse schools. Students experience hands-on practicum and internship opportunities, faculty support on their pathway to licensure, and have access to a network of strong local connections in the DFW Metroplex. Housed at the Louise Herrington School of Nursing building, the EdS Dallas hybrid model allows working professionals to dive in to the next steps of their career.
Learn and grow on Baylor’s traditional college campus in Waco, TX. Students experience diverse hands-on practicum and internship opportunities, faculty support on their pathway to licensure, access to a network of strong connections in Waco and Central Texas, and develop the skills needed for evidence-based practice out in the field. Housed in Mars McLean Science building on Baylor’s Waco campus, the traditional face-to-face model allows students to grow professionally in a more traditional setting.
NASP Accredited
Baylor's EdS and PhD programs are fully accredited by the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP), confirming they meet high national standards. NASP accreditation ensures quality, bolsters employer confidence in our graduates, and provides a pathway for graduates to access NASP’s national certification.

"A major driving force of the Baylor EdS program is the stellar lineup of faculty and staff who do their utmost for the students. I still maintain contact with several faculty members who worked in the program, and they have had a myriad of positive effects on myself and my career as a school psychologist providing me with key guidance, diverse experiences to develop cultural competency, and opportunities to practice and hone my skills in assessment and interpretation of data."
